Being a family run business that has developed into a 50 strong team enables us to be ultimately reliable by having sufficient cover staff in place in the event of any holiday or sickness. At the same time however we can still offer the personal service that only a traditional family run business can offer.
Supreme operates what we call a ‘Quality Control’ process. This is where a dedicated member of staff will attend the premises to check and report on the services being provided. We have proven by using this process that cleaning standards maintain at a high level – especially as we offer our staff incentives for high quality.
No Fixed Contract
Providing a quality service is paramount to us, so our commitment to this is that we will not fix you into any annual contract. Typically, cleaning companies will start a contract and the service will gradually deteriorate over time until the end of the contract expires. With Supreme, we are so confident in our quality of service that by offering an excellent service, there should be no reason why you should want to leave us.

Being Safe Contractor Approved demonstrates our commitment to compliance and corporate responsibility. As well as going through the necessary procedures to demonstrate Safe Contractor Compliance all operatives are trained in basic Health and Safety before starting any job. Method Statements and Risk Assessments are provided before the start of the contract and all COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) assessments are carried out to all applicable products/materials that are used.
