What's included
Every commercial cleaning contract is built from a written schedule of work agreed on the site visit, so you know exactly what gets done on each visit. A typical office cleaning contract covers:
- Desks, meeting rooms and reception — dusting, surfaces, bins, vacuuming
- Kitchens and welfare areas — worktops, sinks, appliance exteriors, floors
- Toilets and washrooms — full clean and sanitise every visit, consumables restocked
- Hard floors — mopped or machine-scrubbed on a cycle that suits the traffic
- Periodic work — internal glass, high-level dust, carpet cleaning, on a set rotation
Quality control, not promises

No fixed-term contract
Most cleaning companies sign you up for a year and let the service slide until it expires. We don't fix you into a term. The price is fixed; your commitment isn't. If we're not good enough to keep, you can leave.
Free review of your consumables
Offices and managed buildings often buy the same toilet rolls and hand towels they have for years. We review what you use and what you pay — the savings on a seemingly insignificant item can be surprising.
Who it suits
Most of our commercial cleaning contracts are with offices and industrial units on the estates around Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett and Chippenham, plus schools, GP surgeries, pubs and retirement schemes across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire. We clean early mornings, evenings and weekends as standard.
Staff and supervision
Our operatives are directly employed — around 70 of them — uniformed and paid weekly, which is why they tend to stay. Every site has a named supervisor. All operatives are trained in basic health and safety before starting any job; method statements, risk assessments and COSHH assessments are provided before the contract starts.

How much does office cleaning cost in Swindon?
It depends on floor area, the number of toilets and kitchens, and how often you want us in. As a guide, a small office cleaned three evenings a week starts from a few hundred pounds a month; a large unit with daily cover is priced per site. We quote a fixed monthly figure after a free site visit — no hourly rates.
Do you supply consumables?
We can include toilet rolls, hand towels, soap and bin liners in the monthly price, or you can supply your own. We also review what you currently buy — it’s surprising how much some offices overpay for basics.
Who checks the work?
Every site has a named supervisor who visits on a regular quality-control cycle and after any complaint. Staff are incentivised on quality, not speed.
Can you clean outside office hours?
Yes — early mornings, evenings and weekends are standard. Keys and alarm codes are held under a written key-holding procedure.
Are you insured and accredited?
SafeContractor accredited, fully insured for public and employer’s liability, with RAMS and COSHH assessments provided before every contract.

We're based at Whitehill Industrial Estate in Royal Wootton Bassett, so most of our sites are within 45 minutes of M4 junction 16. Our own vans and directly employed staff mean we can cover early mornings, evenings and weekends without subcontracting.
