What we do
- Builders’ cleans on new warehouses, refurbishments and extensions — dust, debris, final sparkle clean
- Industrial floor cleaning — concrete, resin, safety flooring, vinyl, ceramic; machine scrubbing and maintenance programmes
- High-level cleaning of beams, ducting, lighting and cladding from MEWPs
- Pressure washing of yards, loading bays, brickwork and cladding
- Fascia, soffit and gutter cleaning
- Canteens, welfare areas, toilets and offices within the unit
Experience
We cleaned the B&Q Distribution Centre in Swindon — 796,649 sq ft, the largest building ever put up in the town — on schedule, and carry out hard floor work for Farm Foods. Our operatives are used to site inductions, RAMS, forklifts and night shifts.

Do you do builders’ cleans?

Can you clean high-level areas?
Yes. IPAF-trained operatives clean beams, ducting, lighting and cladding from mobile elevated work platforms, and long-reach systems for windows and cladding.

We're based at Whitehill Industrial Estate in Royal Wootton Bassett, so most of our sites are within 45 minutes of M4 junction 16. Our own vans and directly employed staff mean we can cover early mornings, evenings and weekends without subcontracting.
