Four steps, no surprises
Site visit
We walk the premises with you, measure up and agree exactly what's in scope — and what isn't.
Written price
A fixed price with a schedule of work attached, usually within a week of the visit. RAMS and COSHH before we start.
Start and settle in
Same team each visit where we can. A supervisor checks the site in the first fortnight and then on a regular quality-control cycle.
One invoice
Monthly, itemised, no extras unless you've asked for them. Problems go straight to the office on 01793 325013.

B&Q Distribution Centre, Swindon
796,649 sq ft — the equivalent of 20 football pitches and the largest building ever put up in Swindon. We did the builders’ clean and final floor clean, cladding, offices, canteens and kitchens, on schedule. Forgetting a brush back at the van meant a 30-minute round trip to fetch it.

Do you tie clients into long contracts?
No. We price on a fixed monthly (cleaning) or annual (grounds) basis, but we don’t lock you into a fixed term. If the service isn’t right, you can leave — which is why it stays right.
What areas do you cover?
Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett, Chippenham, Cirencester, Marlborough, Malmesbury, Calne, Devizes, Faringdon, Stroud, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Bath and the surrounding Wiltshire and Gloucestershire area. We’re based at Whitehill Industrial Estate, five minutes from M4 junction 16.
Are your staff employed or agency?
Directly employed — around 70 operatives, uniformed and paid weekly. No agency staff, no subcontracting. Holiday and sickness cover comes from our own team.
What accreditations do you hold?
SafeContractor accredited and audited annually. Operatives hold CSCS cards and IPAF certification for high-level work. We carry public and employer’s liability insurance and provide RAMS and COSHH assessments before every contract starts.
Can you do cleaning and grounds on one contract?
Yes. Many managing agents and site managers use us for both, on a single contract and a single monthly invoice, so there’s one number to call and nobody blaming the other contractor.
How quickly can you quote?
We’ll call within one working day to arrange a site visit, and you’ll normally have a written fixed price within a week of that visit.

We're based at Whitehill Industrial Estate in Royal Wootton Bassett, so most of our sites are within 45 minutes of M4 junction 16. Our own vans and directly employed staff mean we can cover early mornings, evenings and weekends without subcontracting.
