The odd jobs that come with looking after a building. Because we are already on site for cleaning or grounds, we can pick these up without a separate call-out.

- Gutter, fascia and soffit cleaning by long-reach pressure washer or cherry picker
- Pressure washing of paths, car parks, decking and bin stores
- Minor repairs, carpentry and touch-up decorating
- Moss treatment and hard-surface cleaning
- Signage, fence and bollard repairs
Getting a price
Send us the site address and a line about what you need; we'll visit, measure up and send a written price. For anything already covered by a cleaning or grounds contract with us, ask your supervisor and it'll be added to the monthly invoice.

Is there a call-out charge?
Not for existing cleaning or grounds clients — the job is added to your monthly invoice. One-off jobs are quoted up front.

Swindon, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire
We're based at Whitehill Industrial Estate in Royal Wootton Bassett, so most of our sites are within 45 minutes of M4 junction 16. Our own vans and directly employed staff mean we can cover early mornings, evenings and weekends without subcontracting.
